Biography
Dr. Baker Alkarimeh is an Assistant Professor and Online Coordinator at the School of Media & Journalism at Arkansas State University. He specializes in documentary filmmaking and multimedia storytelling. His teaching integrates hands-on production with theoretical insights, enabling students to develop both creative and analytical approaches to media production.
Dr. Alkarimeh’s research explores how digital platforms and interactive storytelling reshape audience experiences and engagement with narratives. His work includes directing and producing a range of documentary and media projects. He also actively mentors students, supporting their creative and professional development as they navigate the evolving media landscape.
