Course Registration
Once you have been successfully admitted to A-State, you will be ready to begin registering for your courses. Please follow the instructions below to register properly.
How to register for your courses
- Follow these steps to find the term in which you are coming as an exchange student, to review the courses offered. Select A-Z index at the top of this webpage -> find and select the title “Course Schedule”. You will then be able to see the subjects that we offer here at A-State. To see each course offered in the subject, click the subject you are interested in (it will highlight blue) and then click “class search” at the bottom of the page.
- Once you select the courses you would like to take (12-15 credits), complete the course form and send to tarrobinson@astate.edu
Course Form - Once your course list has been approved, you will then be able to register for your courses. You will be unable to register for your courses unless they have been approved.
What courses can I take?
- A majority of your courses will need to be within the major you are studying that is provided on your DS2019. Therefore, if you would like to take 1-2 classes outside of your major, it is possible with the approval from tarrobinson@astate.edu
- If you are admitted as an undergraduate student, you cannot take Graduate and Undergraduate course at the same time. You can only take the courses that matches your admission status.
- You cannot take courses that say “HNRS or LSDE” in front of the course name or states that it is located on the ”Queretaro campus”. That means the course is offered to a different classification of students.
